You may cancel your subscription to the Auto Repair service at any time by providing notice to GUST BAND ONYX Auto Repair. If you cancel your subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current subscription term, and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
If GUST BAND ONYX Auto Repair terminates your access to the Auto Repair service for a violation of any terms and conditions or for any other reason, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, your account and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain prior to cancellation or termination of your subscription.
GUST BAND ONYX Auto Repair reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service or any feature or functionality thereof at any time with or without notice to you. If GUST BAND ONYX Auto Repair discontinues the service or a feature or functionality thereof, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
